WHAT IS IT?
Hair is the “frame of your face” and having an oil-prone hair and scalp can compromise both your self-esteem and your comfort.
Oiliness is caused by an overproduction of sebum, which leads to an imbalance and leaves you with an uncomfortable scalp.

WASH MORE
OR LESS?
Contrary to what is often thought, washing your hair often does not solve oiliness. On the contrary, washing too frequently causes the scalp to produce more sebum, to restore the washing losses and the protective functions of sebum.
LONG TERM
EFFECTS
Neglected oily hair and scalp, where the problem is not solved in a timely manner, is associated with other uncomfortable situations, since it can lead to dandruff, irritated scalp, or even hair loss.
what
should i do?
-
1.
Choose a shampoo or shampoos suitable for oily hair and scalp, in order to rebalance sebum production, keeping them healthy and beautiful. Completely remove the shampoo and conditioner when rinsing, as traces of products can cause changes in the scalp. -
2.
Avoid very hot water when washing and go for warm water, since too high a temperature can cause the hair shaft to dehydrate, and increase its fragility. Dehydrated hair causes the scalp to produce more sebum in an attempt to compensate for the lack of water and lipids that may have been lost with the opening of the cuticle layer. Finish rinsing with cold water to close it. -
3.
Do not wash your hair very often, 1-3 times a week is the ideal, even for oily hair, so as not to remove the hydrolipidic layer that lines the scalp, which would cause it to produce excess sebum to make up for the loss.
